These two fields are the most common cause of Amendment Required and denied boarding. Get both from the booking confirmation — not from memory.
Entry port — the Vietnamese airport where you land:

Never enter transit hub codes
SIN (Singapore), ICN (Seoul), NRT (Tokyo), DXB (Dubai), KUL (Kuala Lumpur) — the portal accepts these without error. The mistake is caught during government review. Find your entry port in the booking confirmation: open the last flight segment, look at the "Arrives" line showing a Vietnamese city. That code is your entry port.
