About these terms
Vietnam Visa Easy is a private commercial agency based in Hanoi, Vietnam. We prepare and submit Vietnam e-visa applications on behalf of international travelers. We are not affiliated with the Vietnamese government or its Immigration Department. By using our services, you agree to the terms below. The official government e-visa portal is evisa.gov.vn.

Terms and Conditions
1. General provisions
Using Vietnam Visa Easy's services constitutes acceptance of these terms. Our service fee covers application preparation, manual review, government portal submission, and ongoing support. It is charged in addition to the Vietnamese government e-visa fee of USD 25 per person. Vietnam's Immigration Department alone decides all visa outcomes. We cannot guarantee approval, as that decision rests solely with the Vietnamese government.
2. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for:

| Accurate information | All details submitted — name, passport number, date of birth, entry date, entry port — must exactly match your travel documents. Errors caused by incorrect information provided by you are not covered by our refund policy. |
| Passport validity | Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended entry date into Vietnam. |
| Entry date | The entry date must be the date your flight lands in Vietnam — not your departure date from your home country. |
| Entry port | Must be a Vietnamese arrival airport: SGN, HAN, DAD, PQC, or CXR. Not a transit hub in a third country. |
| No duplicate applications | Do not submit a second application for the same person while one is pending. Duplicates freeze both files for 24–48 hours. Use our Speed Up service to escalate processing instead. |
| Pre-arrival declaration | Mandatory for all air arrivals from 15 April 2026. Must be completed at prearrival.immigration.gov.vn within 72 hours before departure. This is your responsibility, separate from the e-visa application. |
| Payment | Full payment is due at the time of ordering. Processing begins upon receipt of payment. The price shown at checkout is the final price — no additional fees after payment. |
3. Our responsibilities
We commit to the following:

| Submission | We submit your application to the Vietnamese government portal within the processing tier selected and paid for. |
| Communication | We keep you updated by email at key stages: submission confirmation, and delivery of the approved e-visa PDF. |
| Error correction | If an error on your approved visa was caused by our team — incorrect data entered on our side — we will correct it at no additional charge. |
4. Refund policy
Our delivery commitment: if we do not deliver your approved e-visa within the timeframe of the processing tier you paid for, you receive a 100% refund of our service fee.

| Customer changes travel plans after application submitted | Service fee is non-refundable. The application has been submitted to the government portal and the government fee cannot be recovered. |
| Customer provides incorrect information | Service fee is non-refundable. Errors due to incorrect information submitted by the customer are not covered. Error checking is free — contact us before submitting if you are unsure. |
| Duplicate application submitted by customer | Service fee for the second (duplicate) application is non-refundable. Always use Speed Up to escalate an existing application rather than submitting a new one. |
Processing timeframes run on Vietnam Time (VNT, UTC+7). Urgent tiers operate Monday–Friday; the Weekend/Holiday tier operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and Vietnamese public holidays only. The committed timeframe begins from the moment payment is received and confirmed during active processing hours.
Refund via PayPal: If you pay through PayPal, any refund due under this policy will be returned to your PayPal account. PayPal's buyer protection applies to your transaction independently of this policy and gives you an additional avenue to recover your payment if our service is not delivered as committed.
To request a refund, contact us at support@vietnamvisaeasy.com or WhatsApp +84 947 754 252 with your reference code (E260705...), registration email, and the reason for your refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.
5. Limitations of liability
Vietnam Visa Easy is not liable for:
| Immigration decisions made by Vietnam's Immigration Department |
| Delays caused by government processing systems, public holidays, or force majeure events |
| Travel costs, accommodation costs, or other consequential losses arising from visa delays or rejections |
| Changes to Vietnamese immigration rules or entry requirements after your application is submitted |
| Misuse of the visa document by third parties |
Our total liability in connection with any order is capped at the service fee paid for that specific order.
6. Amendments to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The latest version and its effective date are always posted on this page. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution for a period of 30 days before referring the matter to the competent court in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Privacy Policy

2. How we use your information
Your personal data is used to prepare, review, and submit your Vietnam e-visa application to the government portal; to communicate with you about your application status; to process payment and issue refunds where applicable; and to respond to support queries. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
3. Data security
We use SSL encryption, access controls, and certified third-party payment processors to protect your data. Full card numbers are never stored on our systems.
4. Data sharing
Your data is shared only with Vietnam's Immigration Department (required to process your e-visa application) and with the payment processors and technical service providers necessary to operate our service. We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.
5. Data retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill your application, comply with legal obligations, and handle any disputes or refund requests. Data is deleted or anonymized once it is no longer required.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by us. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@vietnamvisaeasy.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
7. Policy amendments
Updates to this privacy policy take effect once posted on this page. The effective date is shown at the top of this document.
