Direct Answer
A Vietnam visa isn't something obtained by walking up to a counter at the airport with no prior preparation — Visa on Arrival still requires an approval letter arranged in advance. If you're at the airport right now with no visa, message VietnamVisaEasy on WhatsApp at +84 947 754 252 immediately — the fastest e-visa tier can deliver in about 30–60 minutes during Vietnamese working hours (roughly 8:30am–5:30pm ICT, Monday to Friday). Outside those hours, a boarding letter can bridge check-in while the full e-visa finishes processing.

Realizing at the airport that your visa isn't sorted is stressful — but it's usually still fixable. Here's what actually helps, and one common misconception worth clearing up first.
Common Situations Travelers Face at the Airport
- An e-visa that never arrived or wasn't approved in time
- A last-minute flight change
- Forgetting to apply before booking
- A technical issue with the confirmation email
- An application submitted late that wasn't approved by check-in
Clearing Up a Common Misconception
"Visa on Arrival" doesn't mean walking up with no preparation. It still requires an approval letter arranged before you fly — it's a two-step process, not something obtained on the spot with zero advance work. If you have no visa at all right now, urgent e-visa processing is the more realistic path forward, since it doesn't depend on a separate document you don't currently have.
If You're at the Airport Before Your Flight — Exact Steps
- Contact support via WhatsApp at +84 947 754 252 or email support@vietnamvisaeasy.com immediately
- Send your passport photo page and flight details
- Choose the urgent processing tier matching your remaining time
- Pay securely online
- Receive your approval as a PDF by email — present it, digitally or printed, at check-in
If it's outside Vietnamese working hours, a boarding letter can be issued in about 30 minutes to get you through check-in, with the full e-visa finishing processing before you land.

If You've Already Landed in Vietnam With No Visa
This is a genuine emergency to resolve directly with Vietnamese immigration at the airport — an agency cannot process a visa for someone who's already passed through immigration without one. Contact support immediately for guidance specific to your situation.

Weekends and After Hours
Standard urgent e-visa tiers depend on Vietnamese government working hours, Monday to Friday. Outside that window, a separate weekend service and a boarding letter exist specifically to bridge the gap — not a genuine 24/7 e-visa process, but a real option for this specific situation.
Better to Apply Early When Possible
Emergency processing genuinely helps in the moment, but applying in advance is always cheaper and less stressful. If you're already at the airport facing this situation, though, this is the realistic path forward from here.
Our Refund Guarantee
100% refund on the processing fee if we don't deliver your approved e-visa within the timeframe you paid for.
No agency can guarantee Vietnamese immigration's exact decision time — but this refund backs the processing commitment itself.
