Direct Answer
Don't default to the fastest, priciest tier out of anxiety. Count your genuine remaining Vietnamese working hours (Vietnam runs roughly 3 hours behind AEST), then pick the cheapest tier that comfortably fits. Below: a real decision framework, not just a feature list.

Step 1: Convert Your Timeline to Vietnam Time
Vietnam sits roughly 3 hours behind AEST (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane standard time), less for Perth. A flight departing at 6pm AEST means it's around 3pm in Vietnam — worth checking whether that still falls within Vietnamese working hours (roughly 8:30am–5:30pm ICT, Monday to Friday) before assuming any specific tier will work.
Step 2: Match the Tier to Your Real Window
| Your Genuine Remaining Time | Suggested Tier | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| A week or more | Standard | $50 |
| 2-3 working days | 3-day tier | $90 |
| Tomorrow, within working hours | 1-day tier | $110 |
| A few hours today | 5-hour tier | $125 |
| Under an hour, working hours | Fastest tier | $215 |

Step 3: Verify Reviews Independently
Some content states specific ratings and review counts directly on the page — always verify these on the actual review platform rather than trusting a number written into marketing copy. We link directly to our Trustpilot page so you can check independently: 4.9 out of 5 across 150+ reviews, verifiable on the platform itself.
Step 4: Understand What "Guaranteed" Actually Covers
"Guaranteed delivery or full refund" only covers a missed processing timeframe — it doesn't mean approval itself is guaranteed. No agency, including us, controls Vietnamese immigration's actual decision.
Documents Needed
- Passport scan, valid 6+ months from entry
- A portrait-style photo, white background
- Your entry port and travel dates
If It's Genuinely Outside Working Hours
No tier works outside Vietnamese government working hours, regardless of Australian public holidays or your local time zone. A boarding letter can bridge check-in as a last resort, but isn't itself a visa.
What No Agency Can Honestly Guarantee
No service, including us, can guarantee approval — that decision belongs to Vietnamese immigration alone. What we can honestly commit to: if we miss the specific timeframe you paid for, the processing fee comes back in full.
Why Australian Travelers Choose Our Support
We help you pick the tier that genuinely matches your timeline — accounting for the real Australia-Vietnam time gap — rather than defaulting you to the most expensive option. Transparent pricing and a public review record you're welcome to verify yourself — 4.9 out of 5 across 150+ Trustpilot reviews.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know which urgent tier I actually need?
Count your genuine remaining Vietnamese working hours until departure, factoring in the roughly 3-hour time difference from AEST — then choose the cheapest tier that comfortably covers that window.
Is a 4.8-star rating with 2,000 reviews accurate?
Always verify review counts and ratings directly on the review platform itself rather than trusting a number stated on any single page — figures can vary between what's displayed and what's actually verifiable.
Is delivery genuinely guaranteed with a full refund?
A refund can apply if we miss the specific timeframe we committed to — but no agency can guarantee Vietnamese immigration's actual approval decision, regardless of tier or fee paid.
Does urgent processing work on Australian public holidays?
Availability depends on Vietnamese working hours and holidays, not Australian ones — an Australian public holiday has no effect on Vietnamese government processing.
Should I always pick the fastest, most expensive tier to be safe?
Only if your genuine timeline requires it. Matching the tier to your actual remaining working hours, rather than defaulting to the fastest option, can save a meaningful amount without any real risk.
