1. What Speed Up Does — and Does Not Do
Speed Up is an escalation service. When you pay for a Speed Up tier, VietnamVisaEasy contacts the Vietnam Immigration Portal and requests that your existing application file be moved to a faster processing queue. The application that was already submitted is the one that gets approved — you do not start over.
What Speed Up does:
- Moves your existing application to a faster processing queue
- Delivers the approved e-visa within the selected tier's timeframe
- Eliminates the need to pay the USD 25 government fee a second time
What Speed Up does not do:
- It does not correct errors. If your application has a wrong name, wrong passport number, wrong airport, or wrong entry date, the error must be identified and resolved alongside the Speed Up request — not after.
- It does not apply to a rejected application. If your application shows "Rejected" or "Cancelled," a Speed Up cannot restart it. Contact the team to assess next steps.
2. Check Your Application Status First
Before requesting a Speed Up, check your current status at evisa.gov.vn/e-visa/search. Enter your reference code (format: E260705…) and the email address used to register. The status tells you what action, if any, is needed:

3. Why Your Visa May Be Delayed
Standard processing takes 4–6 business days. Vietnamese public holidays and weekends do not count. Processing around Tet (Lunar New Year) can run significantly longer as government offices operate on reduced hours.
