Where the application lives decides who can help. A registration code from the email sent by evisa.gov.vn after you applied or paid belongs to the official government system, and a service can help escalate it. If your code came from another agency’s own order page or email, the file may sit in that agency’s system, so ask them first. If you are not sure, tell support what you have and where the code came from.

Choosing the Speed
The tier follows from your deadline. Work back from when check-in closes, which is often 45 to 60 minutes before an international departure, and keep a margin. Prices are in USD. Speed Up applies to a file already submitted and paid on evisa.gov.vn, and multiple entry adds $25.
