Vietnam Urgent Visa (2026): Get Your eVisa Approved Fast in 1 Hour

Vietnam Urgent Visa 2026 — Quick Answer

Vietnam urgent visas range from 1.5 hours to 3 calendar days. The fastest tier (1.5-Hour, USD 185) requires submission before 16:30 VNT / 09:30 GMT on a weekday. Weekend and holiday processing is available at USD 230, cutoff 15:00 VNT. Speed Up escalations for existing government portal applications run separately at USD 190 (Mon–Fri) or USD 210 (weekends/holidays).

Processing clock starts when your complete application clears our review — not at the moment of payment.

Whether you have three days or three hours before your flight to Vietnam, there is a tier designed around your departure window. This guide explains every option in the 2026 lineup, the exact timezone cutoffs that determine which tier you can still reach, and a decision framework for choosing correctly based on time remaining.

Vietnam eVisa is the only current visa route for most nationalities. The government portal (evisa.gov.vn) processes applications on Vietnamese business days: Monday to Friday, 08:00–11:30 and 13:30–18:00 VNT. Our urgent service works within and around those hours to deliver the fastest legally possible turnaround.

Timezone Cutoffs for the 16:30 VNT Deadline

The 2.5-Hour, 1.5-Hour, and Emergency Speed Up tiers all share a 16:30 VNT (Vietnam Time, UTC+7) cutoff on weekdays. Applications submitted after this point shift to the next available working-day batch. Use the table below to find your local equivalent.

How to Choose the Right Tier — By Time Remaining

The single most important factor in tier selection is how many hours remain until your flight departs — not until you land. Vietnam immigration checks your eVisa at the departure gate, so the visa must be in your email inbox before you board.

Time-to-Departure Decision Tree (Weekdays, VNT Business Hours)

More than 4 working days away — Choose Standard (USD 80). No urgency premium needed.

3–4 calendar days away — Choose 3-Day Rush (USD 90). Counts calendar days, not working days.

24–72 hours away — Choose 1-Day (USD 110). Processes within approximately 24 hours from confirmed submission.

6–24 hours away and before 13:00 VNT — Choose 5-Hour (USD 125). Needs to clear our desk before 13:00 VNT to hit the afternoon batch.

3–6 hours away and before 16:30 VNT — Choose 2.5-Hour (USD 155). Absolute cutoff is 16:30 VNT; submit as early as possible within this window.

Under 3 hours and before 16:30 VNT — Choose 1.5-Hour (USD 185). Same 16:30 VNT cutoff. Contact us via WhatsApp immediately after submitting the application form.

It is Saturday, Sunday, or a Vietnamese public holiday — Choose Weekend/Holiday (USD 230). Cutoff 15:00 VNT. No other same-day tier operates on these days.

Already applied on the government portal and it is stalled — Choose Emergency Speed Up (USD 190, Mon–Fri) or Weekend Speed Up (USD 210, Sat/Sun/holidays). You must supply your reference code (E260705...), registration email, and flight number.

Tier-by-Tier Details

Standard — USD 80 / 3 Working Days

The baseline tier processes your eVisa within three Vietnamese government working days (Monday to Friday). Best for travelers who have planned ahead and have at least five to six calendar days before departure — the buffer accounts for the possibility that your travel date falls near a weekend or Vietnamese public holiday.

3-Day Rush — USD 90 / 3 Calendar Days

Unlike Standard, the 3-Day Rush counts three consecutive calendar days — including weekends within the three-day window. If you apply on a Thursday, delivery targets Sunday. This tier is the better choice when your Standard window would overlap a weekend and push delivery past an acceptable margin.

1-Day — USD 110 / ~24 Hours

Approximately 24 hours from submission confirmation, available on working days. A reliable mid-range tier when you have a day or two to spare but cannot wait three days. Most customers in this window fly the following afternoon or evening.

5-Hour — USD 125 / ~5 Hours (Mon–Fri)

Targets delivery within approximately five hours of confirmed submission, operating within Monday to Friday government hours. Applications must reach our processing desk before 13:00 VNT to complete within the afternoon batch. For travelers with same-day evening flights submitted earlier in the day.

2.5-Hour — USD 155 / ~2.5 Hours (Mon–Fri, cutoff 16:30 VNT)

Targets delivery within approximately 2.5 hours. The hard submission cutoff is 16:30 VNT on weekdays. Any application received after 16:30 VNT cannot be processed within the same afternoon batch and will roll to the next available session. Confirm your local equivalent using the timezone table above before ordering.

1.5-Hour — USD 185 / ~1.5 Hours (Mon–Fri, cutoff 16:30 VNT)

The fastest new-application tier. Targets delivery within approximately 1.5 hours. Same 16:30 VNT cutoff as the 2.5-Hour tier. After submitting your application form, send us a WhatsApp message immediately to flag your order as 1.5-Hour priority. This tier operates Monday to Friday only — it is not available on weekends or Vietnamese public holidays.

Weekend/Holiday — USD 230 / Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays

The only tier that processes on days the Vietnamese government office is closed. Our team handles a dedicated batch with a strict 15:00 VNT cutoff. If you are flying out on a Sunday morning, you must apply and pay by 15:00 VNT Saturday at the latest. Applications after the cutoff move to the next available slot. Vietnamese public holidays follow the official calendar and are treated the same as weekends for this tier.

Emergency Speed Up — USD 190 (Mon–Fri ONLY)

Speed Up is not a new visa application. It is a direct escalation on an eVisa you have already submitted to the Vietnamese government portal. If your application shows "Processing" or another pending status and your flight is close, we contact the immigration authority directly to prioritize your file.

What you must supply:

  • Reference code in format E260705... (shown on your government portal confirmation)
  • Email address you registered with on the government portal
  • Your inbound flight number to Vietnam

Important: Emergency Speed Up is available Monday to Friday only. Do not reapply from scratch — submitting a duplicate application while a previous one is in "Processing" status triggers a 24–48 hour hold on both applications. Use Speed Up instead.

Weekend Speed Up — USD 210 (Sat/Sun/Holidays)

The same escalation service as Emergency Speed Up, but available on weekends and Vietnamese public holidays. Cutoff is 15:00 VNT. Requires the same three pieces of information: reference code, registration email, and flight number. No second government fee is charged.

What the Service Fee Covers

Every tier includes the following:

  • Expert review of your application before submission to catch errors that cause rejection or delay
  • Direct submission and follow-up on the Vietnamese government eVisa portal
  • Email delivery of the approved eVisa PDF to the address you supply
  • WhatsApp support during your processing window
  • Validity check guidance — verify your issued eVisa at evisa.gov.vn/e-visa/search

Tan Son Nhat (SGN) Pre-Arrival Declaration — Mandatory from April 15, 2026

If you are flying into Ho Chi Minh City (SGN), you must complete a pre-arrival health and entry declaration at prearrival.immigration.gov.vn before boarding. This is separate from your eVisa and applies regardless of which visa tier you use.

Supported Entry Ports

Vietnamese eVisa is valid for entry through designated international airports and land border crossings. The main international airports served are:

  • SGN — Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Ho Chi Minh City
  • HAN — Noi Bai International Airport, Hanoi
  • DAD — Da Nang International Airport
  • PQC — Phu Quoc International Airport
  • CXR — Cam Ranh International Airport, Nha Trang

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the fastest Vietnam urgent visa tier available?

The 1.5-Hour tier (USD 185) is the fastest new-application option, available Monday to Friday with a 16:30 VNT cutoff. For travelers who have already submitted an application on the government portal, the Emergency Speed Up (USD 190, Mon–Fri) or Weekend Speed Up (USD 210, Sat/Sun/holidays) can escalate the existing file without starting over.

What is the 16:30 VNT cutoff in my timezone?

16:30 VNT (UTC+7) converts to: 09:30 GMT / 10:30 CET (winter) / 11:30 CEST (summer) / 04:30 EDT / 01:30 PDT / 19:30 AEST. Applications submitted after these local times on a weekday will roll to the next working-day batch. See the full timezone table above for additional regions.

Can I get a Vietnam urgent visa on a Saturday or Sunday?

Yes. The Weekend/Holiday tier (USD 230) covers Saturdays, Sundays, and Vietnamese public holidays with a cutoff of 15:00 VNT. The 1.5-Hour, 2.5-Hour, 5-Hour, 1-Day, 3-Day Rush, and Emergency Speed Up tiers are not available on weekends or holidays — they operate Monday to Friday only.

What is the difference between a Speed Up and a new urgent visa application?

A Speed Up escalates an application already submitted on the Vietnamese government portal — no second government fee is charged. A new urgent application is for travelers who have not yet applied. Do not reapply while your existing application shows "Processing": a duplicate triggers a 24–48 hour hold on both files. Use Speed Up instead.

Does the 1.5-Hour tier guarantee delivery in exactly 90 minutes?

The 1.5-Hour tier targets delivery within approximately 1.5 hours from when your complete application clears our review. Processing times depend on Vietnamese government portal load and whether your documents are submitted without errors. If there are any issues with your application documents, we will contact you by WhatsApp immediately — delivery time restarts once corrections are received.

How much does a Vietnam urgent visa cost in total?

Service fees range from USD 80 (Standard) to USD 230 (Weekend/Holiday). The price shown is the all-in service fee — there is no separate charge added at checkout beyond what is listed. Speed Up escalations (USD 190 Mon–Fri, USD 210 weekends/holidays) do not include a government fee because you already paid that when you first submitted your application.

Is a pre-arrival declaration required at Tan Son Nhat airport?

Yes. From April 15, 2026, all travelers arriving at Tan Son Nhat (SGN) must complete a pre-arrival declaration at prearrival.immigration.gov.vn before boarding. This is a separate requirement from your eVisa and applies regardless of processing tier. Failure to complete it may cause delays at the immigration counter on arrival.

What entry date should I put on my Vietnam eVisa application?

Enter the date you plan to arrive in Vietnam — not the date you leave your home country. If your flight crosses midnight and you land the following calendar day in Vietnam, use the arrival date in Vietnam. An incorrect entry date is one of the most common errors we correct in urgent applications.

Do children need a separate Vietnam eVisa?

Yes. Every traveler — including infants and children — requires their own individual eVisa. Attempting to attach a child to a parent's application risks invalidating the entire family's travel documents. Each child needs a separate application with their own passport details.

How can I verify my Vietnam eVisa once it is issued?

Once you receive your eVisa PDF, verify it at evisa.gov.vn/e-visa/search using your reference code and passport number. The system confirms that the visa is active and matches your travel document — this step is recommended before you travel to the airport.
