Vietnam Visa in 2 Hours (2026) – Emergency Vietnam eVisa Support

HomeUrgent VisaVietnam Visa in 2 Hours

Direct Answer

Yes — the 2.5-Hour tier delivers the approved eVisa PDF within 2.5 hours for USD 155, before 15:00 VNT (04:00 ET / 18:00 AEST / 08:00 BST) on any weekday. If less than 2.5 hours remain before check-in: use 1-Hour USD 185 before 18:00 VNT (07:00 ET / 21:00 AEST / 11:00 BST).

Past all cutoffs or on a weekend? Boarding Letter in ~30 minutes via WhatsApp — most airlines accept it, full eVisa delivered before landing. WhatsApp +84 947 754 252 →

Already applied on evisa.gov.vn? Do not reapply. Speed Up to 2.5-Hour for USD 130 via WhatsApp with Reference Code. If status shows Amendment Required: free fix, no reapplication needed.

2.5-Hour vs 1-Hour: Which Tier Do You Need?

Both tiers deliver the same approved Vietnam eVisa PDF — identical document, identical validity. The difference is delivery speed and cutoff time. Choose based on how many hours remain before check-in closes and whether the cutoff has passed.

2.5-Hour 1-Hour
New application USD 155 USD 185
Speed Up * USD 130 USD 160
VNT cutoff 15:00 18:00
ET cutoff 04:00 07:00
PT cutoff 01:00 04:00
AEST cutoff 18:00 (AEDT 19:00) 21:00 (AEDT 22:00)
BST cutoff 08:00 11:00
IST cutoff 09:30 12:30
Best for 2.5–5 hours to check-in Under 2.5 hours to check-in

* Speed Up: already submitted on evisa.gov.vn and USD 25 government fee paid, deducted from price. Do not reapply — 24–48h duplication hold on both. Multiple entry: add USD 25. Perth AWST: 2.5-Hour before 15:00, 1-Hour before 19:00. MT: ET−2h. CT: ET−1h. Saskatchewan: CT year-round. Both tiers operate Monday–Friday Vietnamese business hours only.

Four Things That Stop the 2-Hour Window

The 2.5-Hour and 1-Hour tiers deliver fast when the application is error-free. One mistake in any of the following stops processing completely, regardless of tier or urgency. VietnamVisaEasy checks all four before submission on every agency application.

1. Wrong entry port — most common error

The entry port must be the Vietnamese airport where the plane lands, not the transit hub. Flights from the US, Canada, Australia, and UK commonly transit Singapore (SIN), Seoul (ICN), Tokyo (NRT), Dubai (DXB), or Doha (DOH). The government portal accepts all of these without flagging them — immigration review catches the mismatch later and triggers Amendment Required silently. Processing stops completely and the 2-hour window is lost.

Transit hub Wrong Correct Who uses this
Singapore (SIN)SINSGN / HAN / DADAU, NZ, India, UK via Singapore Airlines
Seoul Incheon (ICN)ICNSGN / HANCA (YYZ/YVR), US (LAX/SFO/JFK) via Korean Air
Tokyo Narita (NRT)NRTSGN / HANUS/CA Pacific routes via JAL or ANA
Dubai (DXB) / Doha (DOH)DXB / DOHHAN / SGNUK, Ireland, EU via Emirates or Qatar Airways

2. HEIC photo from iPhone

Vietnam Immigration requires JPEG. iPhone saves photos as HEIC by default. An HEIC portrait photo triggers Amendment Required and stops all processing — the 2-hour window is lost. Fix before applying: Settings → Camera → Formats → Most Compatible. Photo must be white background, no glasses, face 70%+ of frame, under 2MB.

3. Missing middle name from passport MRZ

Enter name exactly as shown in the MRZ line at the bottom of the passport bio page — including every middle name, no abbreviations. US, Canadian, and Australian passports commonly include middle names in the MRZ that travelers omit on forms. A name mismatch triggers Amendment Required at review.

4. Reapplying while an application is pending

Submitting a second application while one is already pending triggers a 24–48 hour deduplication hold on both. While both are frozen, your flight window closes. If an application is already pending: check status at evisa.gov.vn/e-visa/search and contact WhatsApp for Speed Up or free Amendment Required correction — never submit again.

Already Applied — Speed Up to 2 Hours Without Reapplying

If an application was already submitted on evisa.gov.vn and the USD 25 government fee has been paid, Speed Up applies with the government fee deducted. 2.5-Hour Speed Up: USD 130. 1-Hour Speed Up: USD 160.

Check status first at evisa.gov.vn/e-visa/search with Reference Code (format E260705...) and registered email.

  • In Process: application is running normally. Speed Up via WhatsApp with Reference Code + registered email + flight number. USD 130 or USD 160 depending on tier needed.
  • Amendment Required: an error stopped processing completely. Free correction via WhatsApp — wrong entry port, HEIC photo, or missing middle name fixed and resubmitted on priority track.

Do not submit a second application. Two active applications = 24–48h hold on both. Speed Up the existing application — it is faster and costs less than starting over.

When the 2-Hour Tiers Are Not Available
