Two tiers deliver a Vietnam eVisa in roughly 2 hours: 2.5-Hour at USD 155 (submit before 15:30 VNT, Monday–Friday) and 1.5-Hour at USD 185 (submit before 16:30 VNT, Monday–Friday). Speed Up = escalation on your existing evisa.gov.vn case. No second USD 25 government fee. Do NOT submit a new application — duplicates trigger a 24–48 h hold on both. Required for Speed Up: reference code (E260705…), registration email, and flight number.

Which Tier Should You Choose?

Before 15:30 VNT on a weekday — choose 2.5-Hour (USD 155 new / USD 130 Speed Up). You save USD 30 versus 1.5-Hour and still receive your eVisa well before close of business. This is the ideal tier when you realise in the morning that you need a visa for a flight departing that evening or the following day.

Between 15:30 and 16:30 VNT on a weekday — choose 1.5-Hour (USD 185 new / USD 160 Speed Up). The 2.5-Hour cutoff has passed. 1.5-Hour is the last same-day Mon–Fri option before the Vietnamese government office closes. Applications confirmed by 16:30 VNT typically arrive by 18:00 VNT.

After 16:30 VNT on a weekday — choose Emergency 30–60 min (USD 215 new / USD 190 Speed Up). Emergency operates Monday–Friday only. It remains available after 16:30 VNT for same-evening delivery. A boarding letter is issued within approximately 30 minutes for airline check-in if your eVisa has not yet arrived.

On Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday — Weekend/Holiday only (USD 230). Neither 2.5-Hour, 1.5-Hour, nor Emergency is available on weekends or public holidays. Weekend/Holiday is the sole urgent option. Submit and pay before 15:00 VNT; results are delivered once before 06:00 VNT (typically 16:00–17:00 VNT same day). Do not attempt to use Emergency tier on weekends — it will not be processed.

How to Apply — New Application

1. Go to vietnamvisaeasy.com/apply and select 2.5-Hour or 1.5-Hour.
2. Upload a clear passport scan (all four edges visible, no glare) and a passport-style photo (white background).
3. Enter your Vietnam arrival date — this is the date you land in Vietnam, not your departure date from home. Entry port must be a Vietnamese airport: SGN, HAN, DAD, PQC, or CXR. Do not enter a transit hub or connecting airport.
4. Select 90-day validity (single or multiple entry). 90 days costs the same as shorter validity — always choose 90 days.
5. Pay online. WhatsApp +84 947 754 252 immediately after payment for order tracking.
6. Your approved eVisa arrives by email as a PDF with QR code. Print or save to your phone. Present at Vietnam immigration on arrival.

How to Speed Up an Existing Application

1. Do NOT submit a new application — a duplicate triggers a 24–48 h review hold on both applications.
2. WhatsApp +84 947 754 252 with: (a) your reference code from evisa.gov.vn (format: E260705…), (b) the email used to register the application, and (c) your flight number and departure time.
3. Confirm whether you need 2.5-Hour (USD 130) or 1.5-Hour (USD 160). No second USD 25 government fee applies — Speed Up is escalation of your existing case only.
4. Pay the Speed Up fee and receive WhatsApp confirmation. Your eVisa is escalated immediately.

If there are errors in your existing application (wrong name, wrong passport number, wrong entry date), error checking is free. If a resubmission is required, Speed Up processing fees still apply.
