Why Is the eVisa Still Processing? Two Causes
Cause 1 — Queue delay (application is clean)
The application is error-free and waiting its turn in the standard processing queue. Status stays "In Process." Common during Tet (Jan–Feb), summer peak (Jun–Aug), and after Vietnamese public holidays. Also occurs when a submission arrived Friday evening VNT and had less than 1 real working day before the weekend. Cause 2 — Error delay (Amendment Required, no email sent)

How Many Real Working Days Has the Application Had?
The most common source of panic is counting calendar days instead of real Vietnamese business days. Vietnamese immigration processes Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00 VNT (UTC+7) only. Weekends and public holidays count as zero.
